Delivery
As we provide complete solutions, delivery and installation times are arranged individually after your order. Smaller items can also be shipped by post/courier by arrangement.
Installation
We install and configure the system. The scope and price of installation are agreed before work begins.
Withdrawal (14 days)
A consumer may withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do so, email info@guardsmart.ee. Goods must be unused, intact and in the original packaging.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to installed, customised or specially designed solutions under Estonian law.
Refunds
We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to the same account used for payment.
