AEKE Smart Home Gym K1

The K1 is a whole gym behind one screen. The cable and its accessories cover the eight machines people actually go to a gym for, and the 43″ screen shows the coach and your own movement side by side. When you are done it folds itself down to the size of a doormat.

AEKE K1 in a training space
  • 100 kg of digital resistance
  • 300+ movements
  • 200+ guided workouts
  • 43″ 4K touchscreen
  • 0,3 m² folded footprint
  • 40 user profiles

It replaces eight gym machines

Every machine below is a mode of the K1 itself — you do not rebuild anything, you pick it on the screen and clip an accessory to the cable. The resistance always comes from the same motor, so the weight is exact and your reps are logged automatically.

  • Squat rack Heavy barbell squats safely — the resistance adapts and form guidance is real time.
  • Barbell Classic compound lifts without plates or racks, with digital weight feedback.
  • Deadlift platform Strength and form together: every lift is measured and logged digitally.
  • Dumbbells Smart adjustable resistance instead of dumbbells — precise and safe for upper and lower body.
  • Resistance band Dynamic tension for mobility, toning and recovery work.
  • Flat bench press rack Smooth, stable resistance on the press, with guided support.
  • Incline bench press rack Upper chest and shoulders with adjustable guided resistance — a safer press.
  • Hip thrust machine Glutes with controlled, guided resistance and no barbell to balance.

Five strength modes, not one weight

The digital servo motor changes resistance while you move. Standard, eccentric, concentric, elastic and rowing modes mean the same 100 kg behaves in five different ways: heavier on the negative, lighter on the positive, rising with speed or building like a band as you stretch it. A beginner starts in a form-focused mode, an experienced lifter trains at full load — and the AI raises the mode as your form improves.

300+ movements and 200+ workouts, with no subscription

Strength, HIIT, cardio, yoga, pilates, boxing, stretching, meditation and tai chi — over 300 movements and 160+ guided classes. Content is refreshed roughly every two months through a software update and all of it is included in the purchase price. There is no subscription, now or later — that is the main difference from most competitors.

43″ 4K screen and Hi-Fi sound

The large touchscreen shows the coach and your own figure side by side, so you see the mistake immediately rather than in a report afterwards. Sound comes from the built-in Hi-Fi system, headphones connect separately and you can play your own playlist. Resistance comes off with one touch — the same button that saves you when you run out of strength.

Folded in a minute, 0.3 m²

The K1 folds automatically and then stands on the same footprint as a doormat: 0.3 m² folded, 0.9 m² unfolded. On its wheels one person can move it, and it needs no installation. Your training space does not have to be a separate room — a stretch of wall you were not using is enough.

What comes in the box

The K1 main unit, smart grips, an adjustable barbell, a barbell unloader, ankle straps, circular buckles, an 8-electrode body composition scale, a heart rate armband, a camera cover and a backup cord. A bench is not included: the K1 pairs with the AEKE B1, which you can add to your set below.

Frequently asked questions

Does the K1 require a subscription?

No. Workouts, plans and software updates are included in the purchase price. There are no extra fees and no subscription.

Can the whole family use it?

Yes. The K1 supports up to 40 user profiles and carries 10+ motion-based games — boxing, a skiing game, a cardio game — that read your movement and are there, in AEKE's own words, to get the whole family moving, children included. We recommend a separate profile per family member: that keeps body data and training history apart, so the AI recommendations are genuinely personal.

Will new content and features be added?

Yes. AEKE updates the system roughly every two months: new features, workouts and plans arrive through a software update.

What exercises can I do?

Over 300 movements and 160+ guided classes: strength training for every major muscle group, cardio, yoga, pilates and meditation. From squats and bench presses to HIIT and stretching.

What do the five strength modes mean?

They are five ways the motor delivers resistance — from a beginner-friendly form mode to heavy resistance. The AI raises the mode and the weight as your form improves.
