- The content of your enquiry or order (message, ordered products).
- Technical data about your visit (e.g. cookies, general usage statistics).
Why and on what basis we process data
- To answer enquiries and prepare quotes — legitimate interest / pre-contract.
- To fulfil orders — performance of a contract.
- For accounting — legal obligation.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose or required by law (e.g. 7 years for accounting).
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We use trusted service providers (web hosting, email) who process data on our behalf under contract.
Cookies
