Products and prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. We may change prices; the price shown at the time of ordering applies to your order.
Placing an order
Orders are not prepaid. After you place an order we contact you to confirm the order and delivery. The contract is concluded once the order is confirmed.
Payment
Payment is made by invoice as agreed.
Delivery
Delivery and installation are arranged individually. See Delivery & Returns.
Right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods by notifying us in writing. The right does not apply to certain exceptions (e.g. installed/customised solutions) under Estonian law.
Complaints and warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, and consumers have a 2-year right to claim for non-conformity. Submit complaints by email.
Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve issues by agreement. Consumers may contact the Estonian Consumer Protection Authority (ttja.ee) or the EU dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
