A heart rate armband that measures your pulse continuously and feeds it to the training system. If your heart rate stays above your overload threshold the band vibrates - the warning arrives before you notice it. During a guided session the system ends the workout early if heart rate requirements are not met. It switches off after 90 seconds with no pulse detected.
